BA - British airways have asked it's workforce to work for no wages for a duration of between one week to one month. Alternatively to take the same duration as unpaid leave.
It's an unusual step and one that has the unions up in arms.
BA's chief executive Mr Walsh has stated that the airline is fighting for it's survival.
Crew and Baggage handlers have already rejected the idea.
