180 of the 260 staff at Curtis Fine Papers Ltd have been made redundant after the company went into administration and production ceased. The company based in Guardbridge near St Andrews in Fife were hit by the rising energy and raw material costs and a decline in available credit. Attempts to sell the paper mill had not been successful.
