Bus and Coach manufacturer Optare based in Leeds, West Yorkshire have warned its staff that redundancies are expected after its sale to Darwen Holdings plc. It was reported in the Yorkshire Evening Post that a minimum of 90 staff could be laid off but the company hadn't confirmed the numbers.
