Toyota have announced that it's to cut pay and working hours in a bid to avoid redundancies during the economic slump.
By making the cuts now, the company hopes to maintain it's skilled workforce during the difficult trading period.
Other car companies have cut jobs in huge numbers.
Toyota employs 4500 staff in the UK.
