It has just been announced that Jaguar Land Rover at to make 450 redundancies. 300 managers will be included in the current cull. They have also announced further money saving measures including deferring pay rises. The company is hoping to put itself in good stead at maximum efficiency for when the economic recovery begins.
The company had been in discussion with the government about support for the motor industry.
