Got a form to sign that tells us about the new bonus pay. It states that at any time they can withdraw the commission we are earning whilst selling display stock without warning and basically without any reason....
Also recieved a letter at home from Phillip Duffy which says we will be paid for all hours worked but when I asked our administrator in store he said you only get paid for your contracted hours...
Do you have any advice? I feel like we are being used .......
