Honda has announced plans to close it's Swindon plant for 2 whole months in Feb and March 2009.

There are currently no plans for job losses as the company plans to cut production by 21000 cars at it's wiltshire plant.

The global credit crunch is severely harming the ability of people to borrow money for high cost items such as cars and this is hurting Honda and the whole industry.
