A leaked memo has revealed the possibility of two out of three BVT shipyards to close when super carrier work ends in 2014.
Such closures would hugely diminish the UK's ability to build warships.
In the memo, costs are estimated for redundancies and clean up etc.
Such a move could result in huge redundancies in Scotstoun, Govan in Glasgow and Portsmouth.
Have your say on the the possibility of the shipyards closing.
Do you know more than the above announcement?
How have Total handled the situation?
