Can you give some advice please as my wife has just been made redundant without notice despite being told on christmas eve that she had been lucky enough to keep her job now one month later she was called in to say we no longer need you all this despite having a contract saying she has to give 3 months and her employer also has to give 3 months notice. She has worked for the company for 4and a half years so is expecting 4 years redundancy, however they have stated she will only get 4 weeks pay for the pay in lieu of notice, surely they have to give her the 3 months pay in lieu of notice and the 4 weeks for the redundancy? Also she had amased one weeks holidays, will she be payed for these?
thanks l00sehead
