hi i am working for an agency in a temporary job which i signed an initial contract for 2 weeks after this time the job was extended but i signed nothing in writing to agree this. i have a month left but i am thinking of leaving before and claiming jsa am i entitled to do this or not and what action could i face if i am not allowed to claim but do any advice thanks
