Default sacked after i brought up ilegal working practices

My company have been breaking shift work and health and safety laws. when i have questioned it they put me on an extra months probation over silly reasons when i appealed this i told HR what they are doing but i got no proper response. as i am a new employee. I was off work sick for 3 days they then ask me to come in after a week on a day shift and they have sacked me with one weeks pay.

Can i take action on this i can prove they have been breaking rules and sacked me when i questioned it over silly reasons?

I even have an email from HR saying the disagreed with my managers actions but they did not stop him.

    Thanks
