Not sure if this is the correct topic to post this, but anyway.. i came back off on holiday on 1st June to be told the company has no work and there is next to no chance of getting any work in. So i went back home.
In September the company will close, big chance of it going into administration, its a limited company. I have worked there 8 years and the company is refusing to make me redundant, they cant/do not want to pay out. I was told by the CAB to write to them stating that they must make me redundant. How should this letter be worded? At the moment i can't claim jobseekers or morgaged protection, i am, as the thread title says.. in limbo.
All advice is greatly received!
