Myself and 5 other colleagues are about to be effectively forced from our jobs, we are employed as tax assistant's/advisor's within an accountancy firm. The situation is rather complicated, basically we are going to be told to move to a different office within the group of companies we work for or lose our jobs. Though the other office is only 12 miles away and has good transport links, none of us want to move to the other office because of one reason.
The reason why none of us want to move to the other office is because we have recently discovered that the director at this office is definitely commiting tax fraud on a large scale and most likely money laundering as well, this director will effectively become our direct manager if we move office and we fear he will force us to assist him in this tax fraud. We have no internal procedure to follow regarding the fraud against this director and other directors/managers do not want to address the problem. Our employment contracts have clause stating we may be required to relocate offices only at the agreement of the individual, however we feel we are effectively being forced out of our jobs as if we don't agree to the move, we will be made redundant.
The reason we are being asked to move office is because the main company working out of the old office has re-branded and does not want any other companies within the group operating out of this office. The time we have been employed ranges from 7 months to just over a year. Other issues which have arisen in addition to this main issue are that, pay reviews were promised in February (together with pay rises to a reasonable levels for our jobs) but were never done, also the study support offered to all staff for professional qualifications and training was removed completely with no reason and with no consultation. The result of this is that we have had to pay for the study/training ourselves, unfortunately study is not mentioned in our employment contracts, but has always been offered to all staff.
How do we stand here? Do we have a case for constructive dismissal or some other employment breach.
Thanks in advance for any advice anyone is able to offer.

If you are certain that the director of the other office isn’t entirely straight could you contact the HM revenue anonymously and report his / her antics? The date of the tip off would be prior to the date you and your colleagues transfer to the new office.
Good luck
