my employers have now re-started second group consultation process after 3 months ( employed 21 yrs on Sunday ! ) following earlier suspension due to other management issues.
while I assume that the process can be suspended & re-started in this manner and redundancy payments will be set at the statutory rate - no details given yet - I also have a company car with full 'benefit' taxed at source ,and with own fuel paid for.
without trying to second-guess any redundancy offer ,how would the car be included ?
