Unfair points and selection Hello, i was recently made redundant after 4yrs and 9 months working for the company, i started off in a department and after 2 yrs i was promoted, i work a day shift and night shift working with 2 different managers, my scores were done by the day manager and the night manager was not asked for any input at all, i was under scored for my skills in the department i worked in and wasnt scored for the previous skills i gained in a seperate department, when made redundant there were certain members of staff that stayed who were less skilled than me and some of them had serious disciplines against them eg: 1 had a final written for threatening to kill a supervisor, i was adivised by my night manager that i should of not been made redundant and it was a clear case of the manager on days had a personal problem with me, there are a lot of menbers of staff who said they would sign a petition to say i was unfairly made redundant, do i have a case for unfair redundancy?. thanks.
