Hi, I was made redundant in December due to the closure of the company. Redundancy pay was given and I started my maternity pay slightly earlier than originally planned, however as I was over a certain number of weeks the company had to oblige to all maternity pay which they have done so.
Does anyone know if I am entitled to holiday pay from the period I was made redundant to the end of my maternity pay. Obviously if I was still employed this would be the case, however I cannot find out if I am still entitled to this as officially I have been made redundant and received statuatory redundancy pay. I have not received a P45 yet as they are paying my maternity pay monthly to me.
If anyone knows the answer that would be fantastic, thank you
