hi,
I think it's fair to say I work for the worst employer in London and they have treated all the staff really bad over the last year - I wish I found this site before today!
Anyway my question is this:
I'm going to take voluntary redundancy.
I'm currently on maternity leave until August.
They bullied me in my last meeting and set my date as 20th May but I've just wondered if I could set the date as July? Then my remuneration on holiday etc would all be callculated for then - potentially worth an extra £200 or so to me which would really help with a new baby.
Nothing has been signed so far.
Can I do this or do I have to take the date the employer sets?
thanks for any help
