Hi
Sorry I may have to clarify a couple of points as I 'm not entirely clear about your situation.
You have been served with notice of redundancy and your employer has offered a temporary position.
Is the reason for not qualifying for redundnacy because you have not worked for 2 years OR has your employer said that you won't qualify for redundancy payment because there is an alternative option for you to take a temporary position with the company?
If you could clear this up for me, I will be able to answer your question.
ThanksClara Buckingham
