I have been told that I am to be made redundant and just wondered about my salary. From Dec 08 until May 09 I have been paid my full salary as part of my maternity entitlement. From June 09 until Sept 09 I was then due to recieve SMP.
I have been told that my redunancy notice will be three months from June 09 until Aug 09. Should I be paid my full salary for these three months notice or should I still receive just SMP?
