Hi there,

I have been nominateed as one of the employee reps for the department within our company that is been advised of redundancy. And I was wondering as we have our first meeting with our Management should there be anything I need to know and ask at this meeting?

Also does anyone have anything that might help me fight our corner for this redundancy period?
