Hi there.
My company, where I have worked for 8 years, offered 3 choices: a month off without pay, a pay cut or voluntary redundancy. I took the voluntary redundancy, and my employer accepted, but at the very last minute they have decided that they want to extend my notice period.
I have found no reference to this in guidelines, so I ask you, is this legal?
