Good afternoon everybody.
I've been browsing these forums and have gathered some rather excellent advice. I have come to the conclusion that I have an excellent case for unfair dismissal.
My question is this.
Would I be better placed to win any pending employment tribunal if I had my own solicitor. And more importantly, do employment law solicitors operate on a no win no fee basis? I'm currently not in employment and can't afford to risk a large amount of money on representation.
If I can get a lawyer on a no-win no fee basis, I could pay them out of any monies the tribunal awards me?
