Dear all,
I am now at home having been made redundant. I have a question, I was trialled in an alternative position during the redundancy procedure as they tried to find me alternative employment at the company. After the month's trial it was agreed on both sides that the role was not suitable. My question is, should I have had any additional paid notice period as I was leaving this position? i.e. Notice from from my original role and then notice from the new role?
