unfair scoring

unfair scoring my scoring was done by a manager that has only been in charge of me for two months out of the five years service and he has only been out to see me four times and never consulted any off my old managers and because off this i feel i have been marked unfairly and have a strong case for appeal. What does every one else think. Advice Please
