i recently recieved my matrix scores along with a letter saying i have been picked for redundancy. I had my first meeting today in which i asked about the appeals procedure and what it entails and was told by my manager that he would get back to me when he finds out. Would like advice on the procedure and if appeals are successfull in getting your scores re done or is it different depending on the company
