Grievance During Consultation What is the appropriate Grievance Procedure during Consultation? If I have not been dealt with properly by my employer and they have not answered my questions or have "bullied" me in meetings then how can I lodge a grievance or compaint.

I'm not a employment law expert but have observed grievance procedures in the past.
Your employer should have a standard grievance procedure. This may be detailed in an employment handbook/s you have received since commencing your employment with your employer. Alternatively, ask your employer (HR dept) for a copy of their grievance procedure/s.
At a high level you should write a formal letter to your employer stating your grievance and also state how you would like the grievance to be resolved. Remember, a grievance is against a process and not an individual.
Your employer should aknowledge your grievance submission within a working day or two and should confirm next steps (i.e. which neutral individual has been tasked with hearing the grievance process).
Good luck

I would go along with what Clowbeck has posted with a couple of additions:
If your employer does not have a grievance procedure you should still raise one by putting your grievance in writing and addressing it to your line manager (or to their boss if your line manager is the one accused of bullying)
If your complaint is of bullying then you will need to specify the individual who you believe has bullied you as part of your grievance.
