Hi Can an employer readvertise your job, same job description , only 2 hours less
a week when I took early severence because the proposals for the new position were to be far less hours and a lower rate of pay .I have applied for the position but because I took a severence payment would I still be considered?
I checked with HR before I left about the length of period before I could reapply to the company and was advised only 4 weeks.
