hi can any one tell me if my employer is breaking any employment law.we have had 3 batches of redundecies 19 people in each batch 3 months between each batch .that is all above board .but what my query is that the points criteria for the third stage have now changed can they do this .i think it is because we are now getting down to the main core of personnel and think they have changed it to keep who they want to keep.also if any of the employees from the first 2 batches which may have kept there jobs if pointed on the new system have any right to appeal ? hope you understand any help would be appreciated.
