redundancy payment default by ex-employer I have letters from my ex-employer who is still in business which confirm my entitlement to redundancy. They proposed a payment schedule which I agreed, they have paid 2 of the 6 payments but now are not paying anymore and wont respond to my emails. Does anyone have a standard letter I can send them as official notification that I am seeking a remedy and payment from them or I may be forced to resort to an Industrial Tribunal.
