Can someone advise please I work for a large organisation that is re-organising the whole part of the business that I currently am employed in. They have starteda consultation period, not very well as no idea who our rep is. Anyway they are pooling everyone and we are having to fill in a preference and assesment form which has capabilities (competencies) and a section to support your application. The role I have selected as my preference is actually the role I am doing now and does not seeem to be different at all. Can you advise if this is correct that I have to apply for a role that I am currently doing.
