I was given 10 weeks redundancy notice on the 4/03/09 now four weeks in to the notice period my employer tells me the Ltd. company went bankrupt yesterday and I have now no rights to my redundancy money but he has started up a new Ltd. company using the same machinary doing the same work and expects us to work on ....what rights have i got and can i claim my redundancy money I'm due
