I have been placed into redundancy notice and was encouraged to apply for new positions that have been advertised internally as part of a restructure. I have been successful with 2 internal positions, which I had to go through open competition for but also with an external one.

I would like to take the external position but want to ensure I get my redundancy pay. Can this be achieved or are the 2 internal job offers classed as offers of redeployment?
