I have just been selected as being at risk of being made redundant, a selection criteria of employee assessments has been used and points have been awarded to each member of the pool of employees of which I am a member, I have been given my assessment score and according to advice I have read on this forum I am entitled to see the other employees assessments but with names removed ie. anonymously, I have asked my employer for this but they say that is incorrect and you cannot see others assessment scores.

Can anyone confirm that this is correct.
