Please, does anyone know if one continues to accrue holidays during Pay In Lieu Of Notice period.
In my case I was payed 12 weeks in lieu of notice, i.e. I did not work this notice period, but have been told (by a friend) that I should have been payed for the holidays I would have accrued during this period.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
