Hi,
Should notice pay be calculated based upon a weekly or monthly period. I have a 4 week notice period and have been told that the calculation for the pay for this time is:
Salary / 52 * 4
Is this correct? Should this not be calculated on a months salary? This does provide a different amount.

The calculation is correct - if your notice is stated in weeks, then the pay should be calculated in weeks, not months.
