Hi there

I came back from maternity leave on 5th Jan. 2 weeks later I found out I was to be made redundant. I came back part time not having a clue that this was going to happen! Although I have worked all of my 7 years entitlement full time I have been told that the redundancy calculation is worked out on part time salary.
The company have been generous with the payment but I am finding it very unfair that they have penalised me when I have hardly worked part time at all! And I believe they must have known that this was impending when I asked to go back part time.
Do I have any rights at all in relation to this?
