Hi, my understanding is that selection criteria for potential redundancy candidates, must be objective and supported with objective evidence by an existing appraisal system. What is the case for when appraisals have not been carried out for 2 years. Is this grounds for an appeal since it is likely that the selection criteria may be subjective. I ask this as I am facing my final consultation meeting this Friday.
Cheers
