My company has made over 60 people redundant through compromise agreements from 12/12/08 with terminations running through to June this year. I was advised on 10th March that my job was also being made redundant and i have been offered a voluntary redundancy deal. As there was no collective consultancy in December, am i able to claim a protective award or does that fact that they didnt approach me until later mean that this is not possible. Having read a few articles I am not clear as to whether this all relates to some original list that they might have identified or if folk subsequently added to the list (i.e. me!) fall within the scope of this.
