Hi all,
Four weeks ago i was made redundant, the company has not folded and is still up and running as normal, and i have just recieved my redundancy and notice/final wages payments. I have checked the government websites and my 4 weeks notice and 4 weeks pay are both correct for the years i have been there. However in january i did 82 hours overtime and this was has not been payed.
I have contacted my Employer and she has told me that she has used the overtime to partly pay my notice!?.
Can she do this?
Any advice would be more than greatly appreciated.
