Hi,
Am I entitled to see the selection criteria that will be used before the consultation meetings. We were told yesterday that there are going to be 7 redundancies at the site from 51 people and there will be a scoring system. Can I see this before they show me my score?

Hi Darren
Your employer should consult with you about the proposed selection criteria as well as about the need to make redundancies, the number and type of employees to be made redundant, etc. They should do this in good time so that you have the chance to comment on it before they actually apply it and serve notice.
If I were you, I would ask your employer to give you that information.
Regards
Pete
