Hi, I have just found out that i may be made redundant in a couple of weeks. They are mothballing a department and moving the workers to our department, making 6 of us redundant. Can they do this? They have done it on a points system. The product that they are mothballing is going to china to our other plant. Shouldn't this mean that the workers in this department be made redundant and not us.
