Hello,

I need some advise, I received a letter from my employer a month ago saying my job were at risk of redundancy.
I am in a 90 days consultation period now and should finish end of April.
The HR manager is now asking me to work till the end of July (giving me a new 90 days consultation period).
Do I have the right to say no or as I have not been declared redundant yet and am only at risk I have to accept the extension?
