I am part of a 7 man team in BT, they are asking for 3 redundancies to leave by the end of March, as most of us have annual leave left we will probably have to leave in the next couple of weeks, they will not buy back our leave entitlement. There was and early leavers payment but it has been refused to us. The decision will made on Thursday who goes, until then we will have sleepless nights and worry ourselve's to death.
After 30 years in the job am I expecting too much for BT to act decently, and let us know who is going and give time to try and adjust to the situation.
