Hello. I am 1 of 3 people in the pool of redundancy candidates. Our redundancy warning notice says:

"we may have to make two redundancies, which may result in your dismissal".

Is this unfair as the wording gives the impression the decision may have already been made to make 2 redundancies out of the 3?

Any advice welcomed!
