HELP - "Points of law" for EAT

Can someone please advise me what are the points of law for raising things to the EAT (UK).

e.g. (i) where facts are wrong/incorrect - what point of law does it fall under?
(ii) where a solicitor has lied to a tribunal - what point of law does it fall under?
(iii) new witness information - again what point of law does it fall under?

    I'd really appreciate any help.

    Regards

    Dear Sam

I am sorry that without specific information it is hard for any of us to answer your questions.

I would recommend that if you believe a solicitor has acted unlawfully then you review the Solicitors website and view their complaints procedure.

As it seems the information needed to answer this is going to be quite hefty, I would either ask you to summarise it or go and speak to a legal professional about the possibility of an ET claim.

I am sorry that I cannot be of much help here.

    Good luck

    Carol
