Hi all,
My company is making redundant about 30% of our IT workforce by offshoring whole development teams to India and Argentina (this is the official reason we were given by our HR department).
With regards to knowledge transfer, part of my team will be required to stay for an extended period of time of 3 months from the current official end data of the 17th of april.
Being the manager of that team i feel that it would be considered unfair dissmissal if they were not going to keep me for that extended 3 months period.
Could someone help me find out if my assumption is correct or not?
Many thanks for your help,
Thanks
Yoann
