Hi
I am due to be made redundant from my public sector post in a few weeks. However there is a chance that I may be able to continue in the role on a self-employed basis which would be funded from privately raised funds.
I am therefore wondering if anyone can tell me if this was to happen would it be deemed a TUPE issue and therefore would it affect my redundancy payments or not. If it was to become a TUPE issue how long would I have to leave the post for before I could return to this role in a self employed basis
Many Thanks

TUPE still doesn't affect people who are self-employed - as I said on your other thread.
