I have been made redundant, my employer informed me that due to restructure the function of my job was going to be outsourced or consolidated at Corporate level. I have already signed the compromised Agreement, but the information that they gave me were not accurate, they have now advertised my position as a permanent post, less than three months after my redundancy notice period. Can this be classified as unfair dismissal? Also I am sixty and finding it extremely difficult to find a suitable job.
Thanks for your help and advice.

You signed a compromise agreement? In that case you have waived all rights to make a claim at all. For anything. Sorry

I relied upon the info provided by the company, if the information is not accurate, hence it makes the contract null and void surely?
