Hey guys. I have one simple question i want to ask, tried looking in the internet but couldn't find the answer.
So I was told yesterday (30th of Jan), that they are terminating my 6 months probation after 4 months. They told yesterday was my last day and I will be on so called "Garden leave" (Don't need to come, but will get paid for 1 week notice).
So, basically want to ask if the notice counts from yesterday (Mon, Tue, Wen, Thur, Fri) or from today (Tue, Wen, Thur, Fri, Mon)?
Thanks.

Technically in law notice starts the day after it is served. But many people don't know that!
