Hi
I was wondering where I stand.
I was supposed to be made redundant last Thursday and rescheduled for this week hopefully they have said.
I have a few interviews this week and they want me to start asap, I am not sure where I stand with this as the redundancy is still going ahead just they don't know when?

If you get a job and the date is still postponed you may serve your employer counter-notice saying that you have obtained othere employment, would like to leave on whatever date, and would like them to confirm this. Since your original notice period has already passed you are viewed as being in the statutory notice period - this is the only time that you can serve counter-notice, and only if you have another employment to go to.

Can I assume I give up the right to the redundancy payment?

No - the point of counter notice is that you don't give it up!
